Carlisle Captain Recieves Award From Milford Police

Recognized Captain Lewis Sacks of the Carlisle Fire Company tonight at the City Council meeting for providing assistance to one of our officers who was struggling with an intoxicated subject. Capt. Sacks helped the officer restrain and secure the subject. Thank you Capt. Sacks!
